Damages to the merchandise while in transit occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive damaged, we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible or issue you a refund if the item is unavailable. Please send us an email at shop@heronpointhome.com with pictures of the item.



All returns must be sent back to Heron Point Home within 10 days from delivery. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, not including shipping and handling. Return Labels will be deducted from original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged.

If wanting to return items, please email us at shop@heronpointhome.com to start the return process. As a reminder, the shipping cost back to us will be deducted from your original payment.
